Refund/Returns Policy
Returns Info:
I have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
I only accept returns for the following situations:
- Your piece arrives damaged (You must provide a photo(s) of the damaged item with its original packaging)
- Your item does not fit the size(s) indicated in the product description. ( You must be able to provide clear photographic proof that the sizing is not correct before a refund will be issued)
- You have recieved a different item to what you ordered (You must provide a photo of the item you recieved along with your order number)
To start a return request, contact me at contact@tacharanan.com. Please include the required photos in your initial email.
If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without returns approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
I do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Refunds:
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your refund, please contact me at contact@tacharanan.com.
Commission Refunds:
Due to the time, effort and materials that go into my work I am unable to fully refund commission work and will be able to discuss this further in the designing process as every situation will be different. If for any reason you are unhappy with the final product, please contact me and we can discuss a replacement item or partial refund (depending on time and materials taken to make the item).
