FAQ’s & Shipping Info
What sizes are there?
All my pieces are individually sized as they are all one off. Please check the measurements in the items description against yourself before you purchase. If measurements are not available, please contact me to request.
The item I want is sold out. What do I do?
A lot of my pieces are individual, meaning once they are sold out they are not likely to come back. If there is a piece you would like to see again, please get in touch or consider requesting a commission.
When will you be releasing new items?
It’s just me and my old goblin hands working away on these pieces so please be patient whilst I work on my next drop. You can also keep updated with what I’m up to on my Instagram and TikTok.
How do you price your pieces?
Each item is priced according to materials and the time it takes to design and make the piece. The materials used will be listed in the items description. Each piece is handmade and takes hours of craft, so this will be reflected in the price.
How do I wash my crochet pieces?
Every piece I sell will come with care instructions. For crochet pieces it is always recommended to delicately hand wash with detergent and warm water and then lay it out to dry (Do NOT wring or twist it dry)
Where do you ship?
UK, USA & Canada, International Zone. Please note the buyer is responsible for paying their own customs fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Due to Brexit/ new EU GPSR Law, I am unable to ship to countries within the EU. This also include Northern Ireland. Sorry!)
How do you ship your items?
I mail everything via Royal Mail and offer: UK Tracked 24, UK Tracked 48, International Tracked & Royal Mail 2nd Class for small items like Sticker & Prints.
Are you eco-conscious?
I try to be resourceful with my business and as eco-friendly as possible but due to the size of my business AKA it’s just me, and also due to the fact I'm self funded, it's hard for me to uphold a perfect, environmentally friendly business. I try to combat this issue by reusing packaging etc. where possible and thrifting a lot of my materials.
